Base Link BL-PPU1948P1-6I to 48-portowy nieekranowany patch panel kategorii 6 o wysokości 1U, zaprojektowany do montażu w szafach rack 19". Jest przeznaczony do pracy w instalacjach teleinformatycznych, które nie są narażone na działanie zakłóceń elektromagnetycznych. Zintegrowana półka kablowa pozwala na wygodne organizowanie i mocowanie kabli za pomocą opasek samozaciskowych oraz redukcję obciążeń w wiązkach kablowych.
Złącza szczelinowe typu IDC posiadają kolorowe kodowanie ułatwiające prawidłową instalację okablowania w standardach T568A i T568B. Każdy z portów posiada własną numerację. Prosty dostęp do złącz z tyłu panela zapewnia łatwą konserwację oraz rekonfigurację połączeń.
Obudowa BL-PPU1948P1-6I została wykonana z wysokiej jakości blachy stalowej walcowanej na zimno, malowanej proszkowo. Patch panel posiada parametry transmisyjne zgodne z wytycznymi EN50173 dla klasy E (kat.6) oraz częstotliwość pracy do 250 MHz, pozwalające na transmisję Gigabit Ethernet.
