TR-4M przeznaczony jest do przesyłu sygnału wideo za pomocą skrętki komputerowej. Urządzenie dopasowuje impedancję kabla koncentrycznego 75Ω do impedancji przewodu symetrycznego zapewniając przesył sygnału wizyjnego do 400m (skrętka komputerowa 5 kategorii) oraz eliminuje zakłócenia niesymetryczne. Należy zwrócić uwagę na prawidłowe połączenie zacisków (+) oraz (-). Odwrotne połączenie spowoduje zakłócenia obrazu. Całość zamknięta w metalowej obudowie.
